In order to register an Account in our Service, you should use the registration form available in the appropriate section of the Service and provide the required data, i.e., email address and password. §4 Orders. Sales Agreement
In order to conclude a Sales Agreement, you must place an order. The Products you intend to order are selected in the Store and added to the cart – by clicking the appropriate buttons on the Store’s website. In the cart tab, you can change the order details, e.g. change the quantity of Products or remove individual Products.
After completing the Products in the Cart, you must fill out the order form. Registration of an Account is not required to place an order; however, if you have an Account, the order form will be automatically filled with your data (which can still be modified before placing the order).
In the order form, you must provide:
- Customer’s e-mail address and phone number
- Customer’s first and last name (or company name – in case the order is not placed by a natural person)
- Customer’s address (street name, building number, apartment number, city, postal code)
- Delivery address (if different from the Customer’s address)
In the order form, you may also provide a VAT ID number if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your purchase.
In the order form, you must also select the method of payment and delivery of the Products.
Until the order is placed, you may change its content (e.g. change the quantities or types of Products ordered).
The ordering procedure ends when you click the button marked “Order and pay” (or a button with similar wording). Clicking this button means placing an order and leads to the conclusion of a Sales Agreement between you and us for the Products covered by the order.
Confirmation of the placed order (confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement) is sent to your e-mail address (provided in the order form).
The Product prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT). The Product prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified in the Delivery Price List and are also visible when placing an order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders and Sales Agreements concluded before the publication of the price change in the Store.
§5 Payments
The following forms of payment for the price resulting from the Sales Agreement are available in the Store:
- Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account
- Payment using external electronic payment systems (PayU)
- Payment via the PayPal service
The Customer selects the form of payment in the order form.
If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement. If the payment is not made within this period, the order is canceled, and the Sales Agreement is terminated. The bank account number for the payment is provided in the order confirmation.
If the Customer chooses payment via electronic payment systems or via PayPal, after selecting this form of payment, the Customer will be redirected to the website of the given payment operator. The payment transaction is carried out between the Customer and the selected payment operator. Payment is deemed made at the moment the payment transaction between the Customer and the selected payment operator is completed. In the event of non-payment or rejection of the payment by the operator, the order is canceled, and the Sales Agreement is terminated.
The date of payment of the price under the Sales Agreement is considered to be the date on which we record the amount corresponding to the full value of the placed order.
§6 Delivery
Delivery of ordered Products is carried out:
- by courier or
- via Inpost parcel lockers
Products are delivered within the territory of Poland.
The delivery time for ordered Products (order fulfillment period) is calculated from the moment you pay the price resulting from the Sales Agreement. The delivery time for Products is up to 7 business days.
You can place orders 24 hours a day. However, if the Seller receives payment or the order is placed on a non-business day or on a business day after 5:00 PM, the order fulfillment period is calculated from the next business day.
In the event of a change in the fulfillment time or the inability to fulfill the order on time, the Customer will be informed by phone or email.
If the shipment is not collected and returned to the sender, or if the Customer refuses to accept it, it will be sent back to the Seller. The Customer may collect it personally at their own expense or request a reshipment (which will involve bearing the cost of reshipping).
Upon delivery of the ordered Products, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer.
§7 Right to withdraw from the contract
If you are a Consumer who has concluded a Sales Agreement with us, you may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs (except for the costs specified in this paragraph of the Terms and Conditions). The 14-day period is counted from the day the Products come into your possession or the possession of a third party indicated by you other than the carrier.
To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Sales Agreement, it is sufficient to send a statement before the period expires. A statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement may be submitted:
- in writing to the address: Dobrze Zrobione Marta Pająk, ul. Pojezierska 90, 91-341 Łódź
- via email to: hej@dobrzezrobione.com
A sample withdrawal form from the Sales Agreement is available on the Website (under the text of the Terms and Conditions). You may use our template to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, but this is not obligatory.
Within 14 days from the day of receiving your withdrawal statement from the Sales Agreement, we will refund all payments you have made. If you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by you.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for you.
You are obliged to return the Product to us or hand it over to a person authorized by us to receive it immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you withdrew from the Sales Agreement.
The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement if it concerns the delivery of any of the following products:
- Personalized products (i.e., products individualized, tailored to the Client’s wishes, or products manufactured according to the Client’s specifications)
- Products in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery
§8 Complaints. Liability for Product defects
The Seller is obliged to deliver the Product free from defects and is liable for any defects in the Product.
The Seller may provide the Client with a quality guarantee under the Civil Code (the terms of the guarantee will then be specified in a separate document provided to the Client along with the confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement or along with the delivery of the ordered Products).
If the Sales Agreement has been concluded with a Consumer, the Seller is liable for defects in the Products under the rules set out in the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints regarding Product defects may be submitted:
- in writing to the address: Dobrze Zrobione Marta Pająk, ul. Pojezierska 90, 93-341 Łódź
- via email to: hej@dobrzezrobione.com
The Seller undertakes to examine each complaint regarding Product defects within 14 days from the day of its receipt. The response to the complaint will be provided to the Consumer on paper or another durable medium.
In the case of Clients who are not natural persons concluding a Sales Agreement with us through the Store, or who are natural persons conducting business and concluding a Sales Agreement with us through the Store directly related to their business and of a professional nature for them, the statutory warranty for Product defects is excluded pursuant to Article 558 §1 of the Civil Code.
If you believe that our Services are provided in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or are of poor quality, you may submit a complaint. The Administrator will review the complaint promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the day of its receipt. The response to the complaint will be provided on paper or another durable medium.
§9 Personal data
The controller of Users' personal data is the Seller.
The personal data provided by Users is collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§10 Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers have the right to use out-of-court methods for resolving disputes arising from concluded Sales Agreements.
Examples of out-of-court dispute resolution methods:
- contacting a permanent consumer arbitration court, as referred to in Article 37 of the Act of 15 December 2000 on Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 4, item 25, as amended). Information on how to access this procedure and dispute resolution processes can be found on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (https://uokik.gov.pl/rejestr_podmiot_uprawnionych.php) or on the websites of the relevant regional trade inspection offices
- the online dispute resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available in the relevant section of the Service (https://dobrzezrobione.com/regulamin/).
We reserve the right to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular to adapt its content to changes in applicable law. All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be promptly communicated to Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the Service's website.
